Tis' the season...for dry lips! :(

If you have dry lips, they probably look scaly - not full and plump like we all want. Hydrating them from the inside and the outside will help get the desired look.

Drink water! It is the easiest way to hydrate your body and it will actually help our skin's moisture level. If plain water isn't your thing, cut up fruit and put it in a pitcher. Add water and store in your refrigerator. The juices from the fruit will enhance the water's flavor. If that's too much work, try a natural flavored water like Hint's Pear Water.

Nothing's worse than someone with dry chunks of skin on their lips. (And I'm not immune to this - Even I have been guilty of this numerous times.) Exfoliating your lips is an easy and effective way to keep your lips looking younger. If you've never exfoliated your lips before here's a quick treatment:

1. Apply a thick layer of Vaseline to your lips.
2. Using super soft toothbrush (kid's toothbrushes work great), simply rub your lips gently in circular motions. The toothbrush will exfoliate and the Vaseline will heal and hydrate.
3. If you have extra Vaseline on your lips, you can tissue it off. Make sure you leave some one for added protection and shine.

Tips:

1. Don't have a toothbrush on hand? Mix some sugar or coffee grounds into your Vaseline and gently use your finger to rub in circular motions.
2. For extra hydration, apply Vaseline to your lips before bed. Lips can get painfully dehydrated while you're sleeping, taking this step each night will greatly help.
3. Grab a bit of your blush and mix it with your Vaseline for a quick lip tint.

What You Need:

* Vaseline
* A Toothbrush

Now get to puckerin'! Muahzzzzzz!!
